Welcome to Saved 2 Serve, Inc. and the Love Moves Furniture Assistance Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://saved2serve.com/, and your participation in our programs, services, donation activities, volunteer opportunities, and related communications.
Saved 2 Serve, Inc. (“Saved 2 Serve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization, and Love Moves is its furniture assistance program serving individuals and families transitioning into housing.
By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, making a donation, volunteering, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website and applicable services.
1. About Saved 2 Serve and Love Moves
Saved 2 Serve, Inc. is committed to serving the community through charitable programs and assistance initiatives. The Love Moves Furniture Assistance Program helps eligible individuals and families obtain furniture and household furnishings to support their transition into housing and improve their living environments.
Our programs depend on available resources, donations, volunteers, funding, and operational capacity. Program availability, eligibility requirements, and services may change as circumstances require.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with our operations or the rights of others.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, furniture assistance, delivery, or any particular item.
Assistance is subject to applicable program guidelines, available furniture and household goods, donations, funding, volunteer availability, delivery capacity, and other operational considerations.
Saved 2 Serve and Love Moves reserve the right to review applications, request additional information, establish reasonable eligibility criteria, prioritize requests based on program needs, and approve or decline requests consistent with applicable law and organizational policies.
Accuracy of Information
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information.
If information is materially inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, we may request clarification, delay processing, or decline or discontinue assistance, subject to applicable law.
Furniture Availability
Furniture and household goods are generally dependent on donations and availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific furniture items, quantities, sizes, styles, colors, or delivery dates.
We may substitute items, adjust fulfillment arrangements, or modify scheduling based on inventory, item condition, transportation, volunteer availability, or other circumstances.
Scheduling and Delivery
Recipients may be required to coordinate with our team regarding delivery dates, delivery windows, pickup arrangements, access to the property, and other logistical requirements.
Recipients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and communicating any relevant access restrictions or scheduling changes.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays or cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Recipients should ensure that the delivery location is reasonably accessible and that any applicable building, property, or access requirements are addressed before delivery.
Additional terms or arrangements may apply to particular deliveries or services.
Condition and Acceptance of Furniture
Furniture and household goods may be donated, previously used, or otherwise provided in varying conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, donated items are not represented as new.
Recipients should inspect items upon receipt and promptly communicate any material concerns to Love Moves.
To the extent permitted by law, donated items are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without additional warranties or guarantees regarding condition, appearance, durability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
4. Furniture Donations
Individuals, businesses, and other organizations may donate furniture and household goods to support Love Moves.
By offering items for donation, you represent that:
- You own the items or are otherwise authorized to donate them.
- You have the legal right to transfer the items to Love Moves.
- The information you provide about the items is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You disclose any known material damage, defects, safety concerns, or other conditions that could affect the item’s suitability for reuse.
Love Moves reserve the right to decline donations that are unsuitable, unsafe, damaged, contaminated, impractical to transport, or inconsistent with program needs.
Acceptance of a donation is subject to our review and applicable arrangements. Scheduling a pickup or expressing interest in an item does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the donation.
Once a donation has been accepted and ownership has transferred, the item may be distributed, stored, transferred, or otherwise used in support of our charitable mission, subject to applicable law and any express written agreement.
Donors are responsible for determining whether their contributions qualify for a tax deduction and for maintaining any documentation required by applicable tax law. Saved 2 Serve does not guarantee that a donation is tax-deductible or provide individualized tax advice.
5. Donations and Financial Contributions
Financial contributions support Saved 2 Serve’s charitable mission and programs, including Love Moves, as designated and permitted by the organization.
When making an online donation, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and authorize the applicable payment processor to process your transaction.
Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, privacy policy, and security practices.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in an applicable donation agreement, completed charitable donations are generally not refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or an unauthorized transaction occurred, please contact us promptly.
We may issue donation acknowledgments or receipts as appropriate. Donors are responsible for consulting their tax advisers regarding the tax treatment of contributions.
6. Volunteers and Community Participation
Volunteers may assist with furniture collection, sorting, transportation, delivery, administrative tasks, fundraising, and other approved activities.
Volunteers are expected to act respectfully, follow applicable instructions and safety procedures, protect confidential information, and treat program participants, donors, staff, and other volunteers with dignity.
Volunteer participation may be subject to scheduling, screening, orientation, training, or other requirements appropriate to the activity.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue volunteer assignments when reasonably necessary for safety, program operations, or compliance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Saved 2 Serve and a volunteer.
7. Communications and Text Messaging
By providing your contact information, you authorize Saved 2 Serve or Love Moves to contact you regarding your inquiries, applications, donations, deliveries, volunteer activities, and other relevant interactions, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Text Messages
If you separately opt in to receive SMS or text messages, we may send messages relating to your requests, appointments, delivery arrangements, status updates, volunteer shifts, or other services you have requested.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving charitable services or assistance.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information as necessary to deliver the messaging services you requested.
