Why Love Moves Exists
Love Moves is the furniture assistance program of Saved 2 Serve.
We believe a home is more than four walls — it is a place where people should feel safe, comfortable, and valued. For families rebuilding their lives, moving into housing is an important step, but an empty house can still make it difficult to truly feel at home.
Love Moves exists to help bridge that gap.
Through donated furniture, appliances, and essential household items, we come alongside individuals and families as they establish their homes. Our goal is not simply to provide furniture, but to serve with dignity, build relationships, offer encouragement, and demonstrate the compassion of Christ in practical ways.
We want every household we serve to experience God’s love in action.
How Love Moves Furniture Assistance Program Works
Complete our online Furniture Assistance Request form as thoroughly as possible. This allows our team to better understand your household, your current needs, and how Love Moves may be able to help.
Our team reviews each request to determine whether we are able to move forward with assistance. Because Love Moves is a volunteer-led program that depends on donated inventory and available resources, we are unable to accommodate every request we receive.
If your request is selected to move forward, our Program Director will contact you to discuss your needs, explain the program, and provide the next steps for scheduling.
Approved households are scheduled for a visit to the Love Moves Warehouse. Rather than simply receiving a preselected package, guests have the opportunity to participate in choosing available items that best fit their household and needs.
Love Moves does not provide delivery. Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate transportation to pick up and safely transport all selected items.

Every household is different, and available inventory changes regularly. We cannot guarantee specific furniture, appliances, or household items.

Saved 2 Serve accepts furniture donations for North Florida’s homeless population who are transitioning into housing. Saved 2 Serve is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible in accordance with applicable laws. Please fill out the Furniture Donation form below and we will contact you to arrange furniture pickup.
